The building includes a glass-walled volume horizontally divided inside by the floor slab, framed by three elements: the roof with a metal box-like finishing element, the exposed concrete wall that separates it from the rest of the building, and the metal structure on the south façade, which houses retractable screens. These screens function to protect against solar radiation during the day, while in the evening, they serve as screens for projections coming from the interior.
