The project involves the urban regeneration of a private area currently occupied by a building used for production purposes. The intervention includes the demolition of the existing structure and its subsequent reconstruction with an expansion to create a new multifunctional complex.

The new building will be designated for commercial, artisanal, and hospitality uses, incorporating spaces designed to meet the needs of productive activities, services, and accommodations. The project aims to enhance the area by improving its integration with the surrounding urban context and promoting a sustainable use of resources.
