The Commercial and Office building is developed over three above-ground levels, characterized by a large sail-like roof and a main façade in wall glass. To the south, there is a public gallery with stairs and elevators that provide access to the rooftop parking and the upper floors. The rooftop parking is accessible from the east via an inclined ramp and from the west via a bridge that directly connects to the parking level of the existing “Città delle Stelle” shopping center.
